JT EdwardsVisited recently for a family reunion. Only booked for one night but ended up extending it an additional night due the amazing employees we encountered going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt safe during our entire stay. What set this hotel apart from all the others we visited on our cross country trek was the staff. Levi(I think that was his name) at check in went above and beyond accommodating my elderly grandfathers needs. Then followed up later to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Upon check out, the lady at the desk was extremely friendly as well! Upon returning home, my grandfather continued to go on and on about how much he loved their comforter. I texted the number that check on us and got an immediate response telling me the brand name and where I could shop for that specific item!!! We will ensure that we book this hotel on every trip back to see family in the future! Thank you for making my grandfather’s trip and mine exceptional!

JessicaWe've stayed in so many hotels within a 2-3hr drive of here and this was definitely top 3! The room was clean, well stocked with good stuff, comfy bed, nice furniture, smart TV,close to the interstate and everything really. We didn't swim since it was raining but checked it out, and it was also very nice.

Carol IrwinWe stayed at the Spark on the way from Nashville to Snowshoe WV. It's easy to reach off the interstate and easy back on. The rooms were clean and quiet. We travel with our blue heeler, Bluebear, so pet friendly is a must. Lots of space to walk him after hours in the car. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had choices for sightseeing, dining, and hiking around town. The free breakfast had us ready to head out again quickly 😋.

Heather VukotaThis was a last minute booking and we have never stayed at Hilton Spark and is definitely clean and nice. If you’re just traveling through and looking for a quiet clean friendly hotel this is your stop. This definitely is up to Hilton standards.
