Wendy M 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Great inexpensive stop right off Hway 81. Staff was kind and helpful, room was large and very clean. ( we had to mop some spilled water off the floor with a towel and the towel came up spotless!). Jen the housekeeper on the first floor 'dog wing' was extremely helpful and kind. Coffee was great, but we did not have the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again on our frequent trips through the area.

jess mathis 3 out of 5 stars★★★☆☆The service was ok. The location was good. The breakfast was good. The beds felt decent. The hotel looked great on the outside but was definitely in need of some TLC on the inside. The lobby temperature was nice and cool. The halls on the other floors were absolutely NOT. The room got cool somewhat quickly (within 2 hrs) but never as cool as I'd like it. We only used a sheet to sleep as the blanket would have been too hot. I can't tell you the exact temperature as there was no thermostats. The room had very old AC units. The rooms themselves were clean other than the ice bucket having trash in it and hairs on the shower curtain. Gross. Overall the whole hotel just needs some work. The doors had locks but they failed to remove the old locks off the doors.... Atleast I think that was supposed to be an old lock as it was gold and the handle locks were silver AND the gold one was completely broken. There was discoloration in the shower. The blinds had 2 sets of curtains but one set worked. There was just some old rods without curtains attached. Little things like this just take some work and a screwdriver. It makes it whole place feel neglected. For the price compared to other places, I think maybe it was worth it but honestly Airbnb had a 3 bedroom in the area for the same price. I should have went with them.

Rachel Lawson 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆Very clean so that a Plus and very important. Location is great to where we needed to come to and from the sports complex. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was closed sadly, however the owner of this location owns the hotel Next door as well and they allowed us to use the pool at that one! Made my kids evening! Breakfast however was gross! Eggs were runny, bacon undercooked and the biscuits were still frozen in the center. We reported this to the front desk and she said that wasn't her "area". As for the rooms, not impressed. Small in size, the pillows were beyond flat and over used. The temperature control is less than desirable. The door has such a gap in the bottom that the light from the hallway shines under it all night Long. We were in room 110, and it has a door for the next room located inside (it dose lock) but Also has a gap and let's the next rooms light in. Doors and walls so thin that you can hear every door slam and people talking and kids yelling and running in the hallways starting around 5am. I am apriciative to have a place that allows my small dog (4lb pomchi) I just wish the quality inn next door allowed pets, stayed there last time (didnt bring my dog) and had. A much better experience. For almost $400 for Two nights, overall, I was disappointed.
