Leah McManusMy husband I both ordered the Jam on It smash burger and shared a side of fries. Burger was large (double patties) and had the delicious edges that everyone loves with a good smash burger. Great flavor and topping combination of munster cheese, bacon jam and dijonnaise. Fries were hot and perfectly crisp... really made me want to try their fish and chips! Atmosphere was cool.😎 Historic house with lots of rooms, bar area, and outdoor patio (looked like a place for live music) Make sure to check out local art for sale on the walls. Service was great! Friendly & fast. Got to give it to the waitress for going up and down those stairs over and over! We would definitely dine here again.

James HubbardFood is really good here. They have one of the best pork chops in the area. The Brooklyn Grill had a really fantastic Apple Brandy Pork chop, but they're closed now. If you want a tender juicy chop go to Dwayne's.

A ConnerIf you are driving by on the highway (like we were), forget the chain restaurants. Take a short side drive into Abingdon, relax on the back porch, and eat delicious food served by friendly wait staff. We HIGHLY recommend the peanut butter trifle!

Ellen BoydVisiting from out of town. Had the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in decades. I would swear it was a fresh chicken breast that had been pounded and then lightly floured and lightly fried in a tiny bit of oil. No hard crunchy overcooked deep fried frozen out of a bag chicken breast. It was absolutely delicious and sooo juicy in the inside. I'm going back home and will try to replicate. I had forgotten how good a fresh fried chicken breast sandwich can be when done right. Thank you!!!
