Adam Yungbluth: Drawn to Home, or a Good Place for Candy & Unicorns
McGlothlin Center Emfor the Arts Kennedy~Reedy Theatre, 7:30 PM
On Jan. 28, Adam Yungbluth will provide an Artalk at 7:30 p.m. in the McGlothlin Center for the Arts at Emory & Henry in conjunction with his exhibit on display from Jan. 15 until Feb. 9, 2019.
Displaying his signature brand of ceramics, emerging artist Adam Yungbluth reveals his love for arts hands-on and historical qualities. This is evident in his use of styles from antiquity, such as terra sigillata which dates back to Roman times. Now a professor of art and design at Morehead University Ky., Yungbluth’s works express contradictions in his art career such as his battle with colorblindness.
