LIVING HISTORY TOUR of Sinking Spring Cemetery
July 28 (Saturday) 5:00 – 7:15 pm
Presented by The Historical Society of Washington County, VA.
Join us for a walk through this picturesque burial ground as guides lead small groups through while interpreters in period costume tell the stories of various persons lying in rest.
Each tour lasts about an hour and the last one will begin at 7:15 pm.
The tour is appropriate for families; however very small children may become tired or bored. There is nothing scary about the presentations or the location. The ground is uneven, so we recommend comfortable shoes.
Free parking available in the Society's lot, corner of 341 W. Main St. and Russell Road, adjacent to the Cemetery.More Details
