CatherineI decided to order the Horchata Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. This drink is quite pleasant and tastes of graham crackers. It has a slightly grainy (but still ultimately quite nice) texture. A decent sprinkling of cinnamon and whipped cream (decent, unlike what I remember their whipped cream tasting like, not plasticky this time) A lot of places to sit in the restaurant but if you're waiting for a take out drink it is slightly awkward to stand there. Not much space near the counter to the left. About a five-seven minute wait for blended drinks and almost immediate service for regular brew/roast.

Nicole and Joe McKinneyTook a quick break to get off the interstate during heavy rain. Nice atmosphere, exactly what I needed. The barista Leeann was patient with my indecision and made me a great cappuccino. While I was there, she also dealt with an irate, abusive customer with dignity and respect. Well done!

Michael McMurtryOrdered my iced coffee and wanted to use a reward. I was told i couldn't because I didn't have enough stars. When I mentioned that I thought the iced coffee only took 125 stars i was informed that they increased the fee to 200 stars and was forced to purchase my iced coffee. After coming home and reviewing my app I see that it only takes 100 stars to get a free iced coffee. The team member told me a lie. I wonder why that was? Staff isn't rude but they're not really friendly either. Maybe I just don't fit their stereotype of a Starbucks customer.
