Mary Ellen Miller 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★My husband and I stayed at the Martha June 26-28, 2026 to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it more than met our high expectations. (We generally stay there every anniversary.) We enjoy relaxing in the rocking chairs on the portico (ask at the front desk for a glass of wine.) We swam in the saltwater indoor pool (with outdoor accessibility) and had a delicious dinner at Sisters (we devoured our burgers, fries and caesar salad). Every morning we were given a full, plated breakfast after we served ourselves to a drink bar that included fresh coffee, tea, juice and water. Sunday morning featured tasty grits while Saturday was biscuits and gravy - both mornings we also had fresh fruit, eggs and hash browns with sausage and bacon. The Martha even gave us $25 off coupons for the restaurant each night. The desk staff and all servers and housekeeping staff were very hospitable and kind and greeted us. It's an easy stroll across the street for fabulous theater at the Barter. I walked down to the Creeper Trail Sunday morning while my husband enjoyed a workout in the clean, spacious workout facility. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed, quilts and pillows were comfy. Each room has has a unique personality. Martha, we will be back!

Kathryn Smith 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Had an excellent experience at the Martha. I want to highlight the attentiveness and helpfulness of David at the front desk. He remembered a request that we had made the day before and made it happen when the opportunity arose. His conscientiousness and thoughtfulness was highly appreciated. We will be back!
