John CarrollI stay in hotels more than 200 nights a year, so I have a pretty good idea of what separates an average hotel from a great one. Comfort Suites in Abingdon is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was in great condition, and it was easy to relax after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the overall property was spotless. What really stood out was the front desk staff. They were friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel at home. Great customer service can make a big difference, and this team does an outstanding job. If you’re staying in the Abingdon area, I highly recommend Comfort Suites. Based on the hundreds of hotel nights I spend each year, this property ranks among the best.

Erin NutsugahWe passed through here on an overnight drive from Maryland to Tennessee. This place was such a surprisingly nice stopover. It was so conveniently located, easy to book online while we were still driving, and a great price (I used Super.com). All the employees were so friendly and helpful, even at 1 am. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was solid, and the pool was a perfect morning activity to entertain my toddler for a while before getting back on the road. They also gave us no trouble about a late checkout so that we could enjoy the pool for a while and time our drive right. We were very happy with our choice and would absolutely go back if we drive the same way next time. Thanks y’all!

Danielle PiperWas disappointed there were no more towels or wash cloths for our room when we arrived. Also, guests were keeping luggage carts in their rooms. Parking is hard to find if you arrive later too. Highlights were: spacious room and hot breakfast with biscuit and gravy.

Dusty LedbetterHotel and staff were perfect. Rooms were spacious, clean and very modern. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was good too with a variety to select from and the dining area was spotless and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and if we are back in the area, 100% would stop in again! Thanks and Go Vols!!!

S. JaymesThis was the cleanest Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in!! Usually it’s hair somewhere in the room, on towels, floor etc. I didn’t see any of that and the bed was comfortable. If I had to make a complaint it would be to reconfigure the room I was in (old jacuzzi room). They remove that area. But other than that I was pleasantly surprised. Good job!!!
